Our Story
Shipolog didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at a packing table.
After 25 years in IT management, Ataol began a new chapter in the United States with his family. While he was rebuilding his professional life, his wife Seval launched her own online selling business. Like many small sellers, she started with ambition and determination — and very limited tools.
As her business grew, so did the chaos. Orders were coming in. Inventory had to be tracked. Amazon packing slips needed to match the right products and quantities. Mistakes were costly. Time was limited. Growth was stressful.
Naturally, they started looking for software solutions. What they found was shocking. Most SaaS platforms wouldn’t even provide a quote because Seval was fulfilling fewer than 3,000 orders per month. The tools designed to “empower sellers” were built for larger operations — not for growing businesses.
That was the turning point. That day, Ataol decided to build a simple internal dashboard just for Seval — something practical, efficient, and focused. The idea was simple: scan the tracking number, see the full order details instantly, and eliminate quantity and product mistakes.
No more relying solely on Amazon’s packing slips. No more fulfillment errors. That single dashboard changed everything. What started as a small internal tool evolved into a structured order management system. Within two years, it became a full warehouse management platform — built from real-world operational pain, not theory.
Today, Seval fulfills over 6,000 orders per month and scales up to 10,000 during peak seasons — with accuracy, clarity, and control. Ironically, the same competitors who once ignored small sellers now call her. But it’s a little late. Because Shipolog wasn’t built for enterprise first. It was built for sellers like her.

Shipolog exists for one reason: to support small and growing sellers with the tools, data, and operational clarity they need to scale confidently.
We believe small sellers deserve powerful software. Growth should not require chaos. Accuracy should not depend on manual work. Fulfillment should be structured, simple, and reliable.
